The Agricultural Microbiology and Biotechnology Laboratory (AMBL) is a research team hosted by the Department of Agricultural Sciences, Biotechnology and Food Science of the Cyprus University of Technology and brings together research from all fields of agricultural microbiology (“from farm to fork”). Microbial biodiversity and ecology in agrifood ecosystems are elaborated via a large set of technologies (from satellite imaging to microbiome analysis and microbial inocula R&D). AMBL has a long experience in knowledge transfer and communication from school to farmers and professional training, we had implemented one of the first virtual LLs in the world for climate change mitigation in vitivinicultural sector.

Our Role

CUT will establish a Living Lab (olives) in Cyprus. Participant in all WPs.
